He is so cute, I thought I'd show off his photo shoot.

About our family: We have been blessed to have 3 adorable kids. Jaidyn is our oldest and she will be 5 in November. She is full of energy and life. She always seems to be smiling (except when she's not) and keeps me on my toes. Aston is three and he is all boy (except that he likes to dress up in his sisters dress up clothes). He is easy going and usually just does his own thing. He jumps, climbs, and falls often. Roan is 9 months now (newborn in the picture). He is so sweet. He definitely has his own opinions already. But mostly, he just loves to sit and watch his brother and sister and sometimes he tries to join in. We moved back from San Diego last year to our hometown of Mesa. We miss San Diego (especially our friends), but it's been a good change for our family. We also love our friends here. As for me, I'm just enjoying not being pregnant!!
Christmas is more exciting to me now than it ever was. It is so fun to watch the kids light up when they get their gifts. It is such a simple and pure happiness. If only life stayed that simple :)
This sweet baby came into our lives at such a special time in our lives, and I know that he was a very special blessing to our family. He brought a love and hope and faith into our home like nothing else could have. He has such a tiny body, but I know he has a giant spirit in him. He has reminded us of what life is all about. I am so grateful for him.
I am really having fun with catching up my blog, but lets be honest, this is the kind of stuff that goes on behind the scenes and while it may not be pretty or something to brag about, it is quite comical. Oh, and don't mind the mound of laundry in the background.
One of our favorite Sunday afternoon activities was going down to the beach and just walking along with the kids and watching the sun set on the water. It was such a peaceful time.
We took a trip to Grandma and Grandpa Robert's house & farm and to Ryan's mom's family house in Utah. We had fun playing in the snow and experiencing a real winter. (No, the house is not pictured above. That's where we put Ryan.)
I love Disneyland at Christmas time. It's a Small World (behind us) is all lit up and it's really amazing and the music is so fun. It's just a lot of fun.
